What is Tidio?
Tidio is one of the best live chat apps on Shopify and it has helped a lot in improving my conversion rate, having a live chat support on your store helps in building trust and in this app, we can set automatic replies (bots) for common questions asked by the customers. Overall this is a fantastic app, and no I don’t use a paid version of this app but it still seems to be doing a great job for me as having it on the store does seem to have helped in improving my conversion rate of the store.

I’ve not been using Chatbots but it still helped me in improving my sales by $727 which is not bad. Anyone who’s wanting to differentiate their stores from others, I would recommend you to install this app and let it do the magic. One thing that I haven’t been doing, which I can improve on is – replying to my customers, lately I haven’t been able to reply to my customers which might’ve lead to decrease in the potential sales, I would’ve got.
Tidio Review For Shopify (Underrated App For Boosting Conversions?): I would recommend you to add it to your store if you want to stand out from the crowd, change the colors of the chat box to match with your theme, add chatbots.
